The HK is really disappointing bass wise, my F11 was a lot better at it. It also depends on what the source is, spotify is really flat while DAB is a lot better, BT is somewhere in between. Regarding your issue, sometimes rebooting idrive won't help. The next day when you get in your car, the issue has gone because it went to sleep powering off
