Delete the folder C\\MSI and C\\MSI\\One Dragon Center. I managed to get the ram, keyboard and fans to show up in iCue with no issue and sync up (SDK disabled). However, I previously had an ASUS Prime Z-370 mobo and that showed up on iCue. Now my MSI Mobo/Lian LI Cooler/Case ( also plugged into an ARGB header) are not displaying in iCue, and in Mystic Light they show up as the RGB header, JRAINBOW1
All I did was plug in the argb cable from my controller to JRainbow1 head on my MOBO. Press and hold the LED or RGB button on your case for 3 seconds and you will notice the lights will quickly blink and start to sync with your Dragon Center Mystic App. 1.
The problem is, the signal rgb controller app and msi app do not get along. After the msi app made all the rgb noticable and controllable for signal rgb, I had to delete the msi app in its entirety and so far I have been able to use Signal rgb to control lighting effects. THe last time Dragon Center was bricking RGB Controller, the reps over on the official MSI forums were able to provide a manual flashing tool.
